Race Report
It was a day to remember for the boys in maroon with some spectacular racing taking place. For once the weather played its part in Worcester and the wind was much less harsh than the gale force storm of last year.
The day began with the sub-junior race, where despite not winning the race, the boys showed great potential and teamwork with 7 top 10 results. In the youth 15 group, Henning Venter managed a 3rd place, but the best of the day was yet to come.
Aidan Penfold and Matthew Lochner both won for the first time this year and both of them are now the leaders of their respective categories.
With only two races remaining in the year the team is as motivated as ever to continue our perfect season and add to what has already been a great year. A big thanks must also go to all the parents, coaches and of course our sponsor, Hamilton’s Painting Contractors, without whom this would not have been possible.
